We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a partial or full return (with consequent partial or full refund) 💗

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order # and the name, last name and email address of the person who placed the order).

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to return the items to us: please make sure the items they want to return are packaged safely (we suggest a padded envelope) to make sure they arrive to us in perfect conditions. Also, a tracked shipping method will need to be selected so as to make sure both parties can have proof of delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right 💗

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item 💕

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want before it sells out is to first initiate the return process by contacting us as detailed above and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we have received your return, we will then proceed to inspect it as described in the paragraphs above and the refund will be processed accordingly.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified via email. For the refund, please continue reading below.

For all payments made via credit card or PayPal, a processing fee of 2,5% of the total amount paid will be deducted from refunds. This is a fee that is automatically applied to us when you place your order by the credit card service provider and that is not refunded to us, and as such is non-refundable. Alternatively, you can choose to receive a full refund via gift card on our store, to be redeemed on a future order on our website. 

If you choose to be refunded on the original payment method, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
